Description
The ultra-high pressure remote liquid supply pipeline has the following advantages compared to traditional steel pipes: 1. The steel wire-wound rubber hose joint for remote liquid supply uses SSKV joints, which are a technology from the German company Huerner, designed for ultra-high pressure hose joints used in coal mines. It features easy connection, high pressure resistance, and safety against pull-out. The special sealing ring ensures that the joint does not leak for a long time, thus enabling the reuse of the hose assembly. During use, incidents of liquid leakage in the pipeline are reduced, ensuring normal production at the working face. 2. The steel wire-wound rubber hose for remote liquid supply is flexible and can bend, allowing it to follow slopes and curves when laid underground, minimizing the impact of tunnel deformation during mining and eliminating the need for elbows when passing through the gantry. 3. The steel wire-wound rubber hose for remote liquid supply is made of rubber material, and the connecting components use new nickel alloy technology, which is non-corrosive and will not cause rust that clogs filters and valve groups, reducing pollution sources in the liquid supply system and ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system. 4.
